Steve O and Sophia created the Eat and Critique Show where they could go into local restaurants to do tastings chosen by Head Chefs. Steve O and Sophia started off by airing on 6 local radio stations and now the show has grown into one of the hottest restaurant review shows on Podcast, TV and radio. 

Steve O has hosted radio shows for 13 years and has won many awards such as New Times Best AM Talk Show Host, Best AM Radio Host for Broward Readers Choice and the Sun Sentinel best talk show Host. Sophia has been an executive in the health care industry with great success. Sophia handles all the creative  production of the Eat and Critique TV Show, as well as, being the liaison to the celebrity guests. Together, they make the perfect combination when it comes to banter on the show.  

Steve O and Sophia have had top guests on their show such as Chef John Moeller who was chef to former Presidents Bill Clinton, George H. Bush and George W. Bush, Chazz Palminteri, KC and the Sunshine Band, Judge Jeanine, Captain Lee from Below Deck, Rino Aprea and Teresa Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey, The Village People and many more.
